Port Adelaide’s third pick in the 2016 National Draft will be Pick No. 30.

In the AFL era 10 players selected at No. 30 have come from Victoria, with four of them drafted to North Melbourne.

Brisbane Lions star Jonathon Brown was drafted at No. 30 in the 1999 AFL National Draft under the Father–Son rule.

In his 256 games with the Lions he was part of the side that won three successive premierships in 2001, 2002, and 2003.

His other accolades include kicking 594 goals, being a three-time Brisbane best and fairest winner, and twice being selected in the All-Australian side.

Sydney Swans midfielder Dan Hannebery was also picked at number 30 in the 2008 National Draft.

Since joining the Swans he’s played 170 games, and was part of their 2012 premiership side.

He’s also had three selections in the All-Australian side, and won the AFL Coaches' Association player of the year in 2015.
