BRIAN Leys joins episode 2 of the portcast to speak about his career at Port Adelaide, his new role as General Manager of the club's SANFL division and where he wants to take the Magpies in the state league.

Leys played in four premierships (1995, 1996, 1998, 1999) with Port Adelaide during his five year playing career at Alberton, after playing 110 games with Richmond in the VFL/AFL.

He pursued a career in football administration by taking on the Chief Executive role at the Perth Football Club before returning back to South Australia as the General Manager of Port Adelaide's SANFL sides in April 2012.

Since returning to Alberton, he has re-engaged with the unique culture of the club - including challenging Port legend Russell Ebert to a handball competition in front of the club faithful (which Leys lost).
