GRAHAM Manou loves footy. He loves cricket. He loves cycling. And, it’s just as well too.

The athletic South Australian wicket-keeper, who carries the same nickname as the Power’s coach, is getting on his bike for a very worthy cause – and Power fans can help.

For the second time in as many years, Graham is getting on his bike to raise much-needed funds for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Research Foundation, specifically for cardiology research.

Graham, supported by good mate and patron of the ride Shaun Tait, will ride 1,638 kilometres from Australia’s highest point – Mount Kosciusko, to its lowest point – Lake Eyre, in the 2008 URS Tour de Heart.

The ride will start in Thredbo Village on Saturday 21st June and will finish in Roxby Downs on Thursday 3rd July.

Many sport fans do not know that the energetic 29-year-old has lived his life with a hole in his heart and is more aware than many that heart and vascular diseases kill more Australians than any other.

Graham is committed to raising awareness, and money, to ensure that others with similar heart conditions understand the benefits of keeping their heart healthy - Choc is certainly testament to that.

So, if you know anyone who has been affected by heart disease or just love getting behind a South Aussie sportsman, visit www.tourdeheart.com.au and help Choco Manou get on his bike for as little as a few tax deductable dollars.
