PORT ADELAIDE coach Matthew Primus says he rates Josh Kennedy alongside Adam Goodes as the Swans' most dangerous player and will have to pay him special attention on Saturday afternoon at AAMI Stadium.
Kennedy was best afield in the Swans' win over Fremantle last weekend, collecting 36 disposals in the process.
"He's been in terrific form and, along with 'Goodesy', he's as important as anyone in their team," Primus said.
"We'll pay him close attention at stoppages, we don't want him getting all the first possessions and surging the ball forward for them."

The Power have lost their last seven encounters against the Swans and Primus said Saturday's match will be "as big as it gets" for his players.
While Sydney has long been known for a tough inside midfield, Primus said their ability to run and carry the football could not be underestimated.
"With Sydney you know you're going to do it from when the siren starts to when the siren finishes," he said.
"It'll be a great test for us inside, and it will be a great test for us outside.
"They're good inside [but] the guys that they've included over the last couple of years for their spread and carry have certainly made them a pretty dangerous team now."
A massive boost for the Power is the return of gun midfielder/forward Robbie Gray to the side.
Gray strained his hamstring in the lead-up to the Power's round-one clash against St Kilda and spent two weeks on the sidelines.
But his recovery has meant the omission of fan favourite David Rodan. Primus said dropping Rodan from the side was simply a matter of balance.
"We thought we had too many inside mids last week and our spread wasn't as good as it should have been," Primus said.
"There's a couple of other midfielders that were close to it with David, but probably Robbie and David are a similar kind of players to a certain extent when they play on ball."

With Gray and Jackson Trengove both back in the team and some other important player not far from full fitness, Primus said the internal selection pressure had not relented and would only intensify.
"We get (Cameron) Hitchcock back this week playing, (Matthew) Lobbe's back next week, (John) Butcher will be right next week, so it's slowly getting to a healthy squad to choose a list from," he said.
"We had five or six guys who were very good last week in the SANFL and we had a few players who weren't up to standard against Essendon and so the pressure's on to perform well again."
