THE PORT ADELAIDE Football Club is thrilled to announce that the Dock One development by Starfish Developments has extended its partnership with the club as joint major partner of the SANFL team.
The partnership will see the Dock One logo featuring on the front of the iconic prison bar guernsey as the club returns to the SANFL competition after an enforced break in 2020.
The master-planned Dock One community will feature 750 architecturally-designed homes, a dockside piazza and boardwalk once completed.
Launched in 2019, the first stage of the Dock One development is completely sold and Stage 2 is nearly sold out as well.
Dock One initially joined as a Premier Partner of the Port Adelaide Football Club in 2018, eager to jointly promote the growth of the Port Adelaide area.
Port Adelaide Chief Executive Matthew Richardson said the club was thrilled to grow the partnership with an organisation equally excited about the local community.
“Like the Port Adelaide Football Club, we know Starfish is committed to the re-generation of ‘the Port’ long term. Their design and vision is world class and has been specifically tailored to suit the unique character of the area,” Mr Richardson said.
“You only have to take a stroll around the Dock One development to realise Starfish’s desire to create an exciting community which reflects the rich heritage of the Port.
“This partnership is an extension of Starfish’s commitment to the Port Adelaide community and our players will proudly wear the Dock One logo in the SANFL this year.”
Starfish Developments’ Head of Sales and Sponsorship Deke Smith said enhancing the partnership made sense.

As part of the partnership, Dock One and Port Adelaide will create three ultimate Port Adelaide Football Club properties within the development which will be available for sale during 2021.
