Claimed with the second overall pick in the AFLW Supplementary Draft, Jasmin Stewart joined Port Adelaide as a versatile midfielder with a lot of natural talent. The 25-year-old is a hard tackler that wins her own football, mirroring all the best traits associated with ‘the Port Adelaide way’.
A proud Jaru woman originally hailing from Western Australia, Stewart played 22 games for Fremantle before stepping away from football in April 2022 to focus on life outside of football. After leaving the AFLW, she returned to WAFLW club Claremont and was awarded the best on ground medal in her side’s winning grand final with 29 disposals and eight tackles. The skilful left-footer returned to elite sport with fresh drive, evident in her impressive 2023 season with the Power.
She has proven she's ready to develop her game at the highest level.

The Port Adelaide Football Club acknowledges the land on which we train and play, are based on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of Australia and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living people today.
