Defensive midfielder Yasmin Duursma joined Port Adelaide with pick 45 in the 2022 NAB AFLW Draft. The young gun had a breakout performance at the Under 18 National Championships for Victoria Country, culminating in the final match where she collected 22 disposals, five marks, four tackles and six rebound 50s, with 85 per cent kicking efficiency. Her strengths lie in her running ability, versatility and good ball use.
Duursma made her AFLW debut in 2022, and has managed 11 senior games over two seasons. At just 18-years-old, she will look to continue to build upon her skillset and find a consistent spot in the side's best 21.

The Port Adelaide Football Club acknowledges the land on which we train and play, are based on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of Australia and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living people today.
