Defender Teagan Germech joined the ranks at Alberton ahead of the 2024 AFLW season. Noted for her athleticism and versatility, the 21-year-old plays well as a rebound defender and has the ability to pinch hit in the ruck when required.
A former elite netball player, Germech has valuable AFLW experience, having played seven games for GWS as an injury replacement player last season following a stint as a train-on player with the Swans. She provides Port Adelaide with depth across a number of roles and will be looking to make the most of her second chance at the highest level.
