Taken with Port Adelaide’s first draft pick in the 2022 NAB AFLW draft, Hannah Ewings is a strong-bodied midfielder known for her strength and skill in the contest. She has quickly shown that she is able to thrive at the senior level – boasting a silky kick, an advanced footy IQ and ability to impact the scoreboard on a consistent basis.
Hailing from North Adelaide, the ever-consistent Ewings dominated across the stat sheet in her debut season, leading the club in clearances and inside 50s, also equal-first in goals. In Season Seven, she won the league's Rising Star award and Port Adelaide's inaugural Best and Fairest medal, as well as the Best First Year Player award. Ewings was traded to the Adelaide Crows at the end of the 2024 season, bringing her time at the club to a close.
