Troy Wilkey arrived at Port Adelaide in 2023 as the AFLW runner, but quickly became fully immersed in the program at trainings and on game days.

Coaching in the SANFLW system since 2020, Wilkey spent two seasons as defensive coach at West Adelaide, before becoming a senior assistant in 2022.

In 2023, he moved over to Glenelg, taking on the role of team of defence coach with the SANFLW side.

A former Port Adelaide player, Wilkey came through the ranks as a junior before joining the reserves list between 2007 and 2009.
