Midfielder Trent Dumont has undergone arthroscopic knee surgery after suffering an injury at training.

PORT ADELAIDE midfielder Trent Dumont has had arthroscopic surgery on his knee after suffering an injury at training.

Dumont twisted his right knee in a contest at Alberton a little over a week ago and has been unable to complete training since.

The 26-year-old had his right meniscus tidied up on Tuesday and is expected to be back in full training within a month.
