With a sunny 23 degrees expected for Saturday, it's anticipated there will only be a limited number of tickets available at the gate on gameday and encourages supporters to purchase in advance through Ticketmaster online or at an outlet to avoid long queues on the day.
CEO Keith Thomas urged all Port Adelaide supporters to get to the game.
"This is going to be a very significant day in our club's proud history at Football Park and it's one that every Port Adelaide supporter won't want to miss," Thomas said.
"Not only do we get to celebrate the achievements of so many of our great teams and Premiership heroes, it's also a massive day for the club as we head into our first finals series since 2007.
"We'll be wearing our prison bar guernsey and we're encouraging all our supporters to wear their black and white. We'll have prison bars t-shirts and lace-ups for sale on the day, we want it to be a sea of black and white."
Port Adelaide to wear black and white prison bars in Round 23
The Round 23 crowd is expected to go close to eclipsing the Power’s biggest home crowd for 2013 – which was set when 40,707 attended the first Showdown this year as Port came from 31 points behind to defeat Adelaide by nine points.
The final round has been a popular one for Port Adelaide supporters over the years, with four of the Power’s top eight non-Showdown home & away crowds coming in the final round – including the biggest of 46,439 when Port knocked off Brisbane in 2002 to claim the minor Premiership.
The club will honour a host of champions before the Round 23 game with a Legends Motorcade and Premiership Parade from 3.45pm.
Russell Ebert, Brian Cunningham, Tim Ginever, Gavin Wanganeen and Warren Tredrea along with players from our 13 Premierships won at Football Park will be celebrated pre-game, while the retiring Brett Ebert will also be given a lap of honour.
NOTE: Football Club, 3-game, Country, Victorian and Interstate Members are encouraged to get to the game early to ensure the best seats in general admission.
