PORT ADELAIDE could take an unchanged line-up into Friday night’s blockbuster with Melbourne, although defender Tom Jonas may be in line to return to the side if he gets through training on Thursday.
Jonas missed the clash against the Western Bulldogs after suffering from hamstring tightness in the Round 12 game against Richmond.
Forward Jack Watts could also come into contention for a recall after booting three goals from 18 disposals and eight marks against Sturt in the SANFL.
Jack Trengove put in a best on ground performance in the Magpies’ important win over the reigning premiers to again push for his first AFL game for the Power.
He had 27 touches, 13 marks, five tackles and two vital goals.
Dom Barry and Karl Amon each provided run and racked up possessions on Sunday, while Jake Neade booted a goal and had 13 touches and five tackles, showing his ability to defend from the front.
The squad to face Melbourne will be announced on Thursday evening.
