An unchanged 21-player squad has been named to take on the Western Bulldogs in Port Adelaide’s first home AFLW clash.
In what is expected to be a sold-out event, members and fans are urged to secure their tickets before arrival to guarantee access to the game.
Alberton Oval will be overflowing with activity including roaming entertainment, food trucks and 5000 ‘Herstory in the Making’ t-shirts to give away.
Skipper Erin Phillips has recovered from a corked thigh she received during last Saturday’s West Coast clash, while Round One NAB Rising Star Abbey Dowrick will be looking to continue her strong form.
All eight of last weekend’s debutantes retain their positions, with plenty of positive signs coming from Round One.
Port Adelaide will be hoping for its first AFLW win in front of a home crowd, while the Bulldogs will be searching for two on the trot.
Yasmin Duursma replaces Sarah Goodwin as one of the three emergencies, joining Tessa Doumanis and Jade Halfpenny.
Saturday’s game gets underway at 1:10pm ACST and will be shown live on 7mate and Fox Footy.
