Port Adelaide has named its team for its unofficial match simulation in Perth on Friday.

The side will take on West Coast at Mineral Resources Park, playing four 28-minute periods, followed by two 20-minute periods.

A 29-player list will rotate through during the first four periods, but coaches will mix things up in the final two.

An additional nine players have been named to play in the fifth and sixth periods, including the four new draftees and SANFL-listed recruit Jed Hagan.

Players who sat out last week’s internal trial will also be rested for Friday’s game, with the addition of defender Darcy Byrne-Jones, who has bruising on his back and ribs after taking a knock during the intra-squad game.

Zak Butters (AC joint sprain), Trent Dumont (calf), Jeremy Finlayson (syndesmosis), Josh Sinn (hamstring) and Ollie Lord (lacerated kidney) will join Byrne-Jones on the sidelines.

Tickets for Port Adelaide vs West Coast are currently exhausted, but the match can be watched live on Kayo and Fox Footy from 7:10pm ACDT.
