IN: Clurey, Jones, Weidemann, Lycett

OUT: Teakle, Lord, Bonner, Georgiades, Szust

PORT ADELAIDE will welcome some valuable experience into its lineup for Sunday’s SANFL clash with Sturt with ruckman Scott Lycett and defenders Tom Clurey and Lachie Jones among the inclusions.

In its last start a fortnight ago, Port Adelaide went down narrowly on Good Friday to Glenelg at the Bay with Lycett, Clurey and Jones watching the game from Sydney, where they had travelled with the AFL side.

Lycett last featured for the Magpies in round 14 last season in his comeback from injury.

Versatile SANFL contracted forward Jake Weidemann has also been included to face the so far unbeaten Double Blues.

Talented tall forward Ollie Lord goes out of the line-up, having been called up for his AFL debut following strong form in the early stages of the season.

Also out of the Magpies’ side are ruckman Brynn Teakle (AFL call-up), AFL emergencies Riley Bonner and Mitch Georgiades and SANFL-contracted forward Cody Szust.

Bonner and Georgiades could still feature at Unley on Sunday if not required at AFL level, as could fellow AFL emergencies Dylan Williams and Jackson Mead.
