PORT ADELAIDE has confirmed just two changes to its side for Sunday’s match against the Brisbane Lions.

Kane Cornes comes into the side fresh from a one-week suspension incurred in Round 16 against Hawthorn, while Cassisi returns from a hamstring injury sustained against Collingwood last month.

The club’s two eldest players will provide experience and class for a critical game against the Lions.

They replace young defender Tom Jonas who will miss the next three weeks with suspension and small forward Jake Neade who has been rested from Sunday’s match.
