Port Adelaide's Adam Thomson has been nominated for the round five AFL Army Award
PORT Adelaide’s Adam Thomson has been nominated for the round five 2008 AFL Army Award.
Thomson was relentless on Sunday against the Eagles in helping secure victory for the Power and earning a nomination for the AFL Army Award.
He applied a superb smother on a kick from Chris Masten to collect the loose ball and run forward to snap a goal from 50 during the first quarter.
