LIAM Jurrah may try to ressurect his AFL career via the Central Australia Redtails, which will play Port Adelaide's SANFL side in a trial match at Alberton on February 21.
Jurrah, 26, was recently released from prison having served four months for aggravated assault.
The former Melbourne Demon was seen watching from the sidelines at a Redtails selection trial at Albrecht Oval outside of Alice Springs on Sunday morning.

The NT News reports Jurrah is "keen" to resume his AFL career by joining the Redtails, with a view to playing against Port Adelaide in February 2016, although the team is yet to entertain talk of of facilitating a his return to football.
That game will be the Magpies' first trial of the year, and their first under the gaze of new senior coach Chad Cornes.
"The Redtails would be a good start,” Jurrah's uncle, mentor and former coach Darren Talbot told the NT News.
“He is doing a lot of work, he has got a fitness program to do.
“He is keen, he is working on his fitness and get fully fit and go from there."
Jurrah trained with Port Adelaide's AFL group in the 2013 pre-season after leaving the Demons at the end of the 2011 season, but was overlooked for a position on the club's rookie list.
He then returned to his home in the Northern Territory, where he was part of South Alice Springs' 2014 CAFL premiership.
