I suggested everyone should watch his video from the weekend and I know many players already have.---Hey Mark, Several times in the first half we had the ball going in to the forward line and our forwards seemed to be dragged up the ground. It was very frustrating only to see the ball go to Carlton and come back and do the same all over again. Are the forwards instructed to follow players up the ground? Are they moving too far out?

MARK WILLIAMS: As you may have seen last week with Jason Torney running to the goalsquare it is important for the forwards to follow their player into the 50m if they become dangerous. They need to be able to read the play, work out when it’s not dangerous and get back in our forward line. It’s all about making good decisions at the right time. Sometimes they don’t read it perfectly well, we’ve got a young forward line.
---Mark, I believe that from every loss we as a team should learn from it and the loss against the Crows hightlighted that we were handball happy and played too fancy. I thought we did exactly the same on the weekend - Why? Too often we handball instead of kicking long to a contest and often we didn't kick to the first lead. I would love to hear your thoughts.

MARK WILLIAMS: Since the mid-season break, I think we’ve kicked more than 100 points in all but the Showdown. We’ve kicked the second most score in the competition. So we’re playing exciting football. Some of that requires risk taking and you don’t get that right every time. What we have been doing is conceding too many goals and we’re working on it.---Thank you for giving us another fantastic win. Keep up the good work! How do we explain what happened in our third quarter against Carlton and also against the Crows the week before? MARK WILLIAMS: We played 20 minutes of bad football for the weekend, I went and watched Geelong versus Adelaide and they did too. Unfortunately for us in those 20 minutes the opposition played pretty good and we weren’t as good as we might have been.
