Hartlett, Ebert dominate AFLCA votes
Showdown Medallist Hamish Hartlett and vice-captain Brad Ebert were the two best on ground according to the coaches.
Hartlett was sublime in Saturday’s Adelaide Oval opening, racking up 29 disposals, 12 contested possessions, 6 marks, 4 clearances, 4 rebound 50s, 3 inside 50s, 2 goal assists and a goal on his way to his first Showdown Medal and 8 votes from the coaches.
Brad Ebert (7 votes) also caught the eye of the coaches with his hard-running performance while Jack Hombsch (4 votes) looks to have cemented his place down back with another impressive performance.
Recruit Jared Polec (1 vote) is the only Port Adelaide player to have polled in both games this year after his 6-vote game against Carlton in Round 1.
