Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Port Adelaide Football Club will be held at The Port Club, Alberton Oval, from 7.00pm on Thursday 15 December 2011
Board election
Nominations are called from 2011 PAFC financial members for one position on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term. Nominations are to be forwarded to:

To be received no later than 5.00pm on Monday 14 November 2011

Those wishing to nominate should contact the Chief Executive’s office to obtain an application form, or download one here.
Nominations must be proposed by a 2011 financial member and seconded by another 2011 financial member. As per the Constitution, a person cannot be appointed as a Director if he or she is an accredited player manager or an employee, officer, registered official or player of the AFL or an AFL Club, or a member of any other AFL Club. Nominees must provide with their nomination up to a 250-word profile in support of their nomination, for inclusion with voting forms to be sent to members.
If required, an election will be conducted by postal vote in accordance with the Election Rules, available from the Club. Intending candidates should familiarise themselves with those Rules prior to nomination.
