PORT ADELAIDE defenders Janelle Cuthbertson and Ange Foley are available for Saturday night’s season-opening AFLW Showdown at Alberton Oval.
Captain Cuthbertson and leadership group member Foley have each resumed full training after missing both of Port Adelaide’s two pre-season hit-outs against Adelaide and Melbourne due to respective off-season finger injuries.
Midfielder Abbey Dowrick’s fitness to resume from her finger injury will be assessed as the week progresses.
Port Adelaide will on Thursday evening name its side for the clash with the Crows.
Gates at Alberton Oval open at 5:45pm with the first bounce at 7:15pm.
There will be a real carnival atmosphere including face painting, inflatables and giveaways in the Kids Zone along with food trucks and player signings.
