Weeks after achieving 70,000 members for the first time in history, Port Adelaide has also broken its AFL-audited record for another year.

The club membership number for 2024 has finished at a record 71,307, with the AFL today confirming the audited number is also a record 66,015 members.

This number represents a 3% increase on last year’s AFL audited record and comes as the club continues its AFL Finals campaign.

With a dual focus on member retention and building the next generation of Port Adelaide fans, the club has welcomed significant increases in the junior, youth and family categories, with close to 8,000 new members joining the club in 2024.

The AFL audit applies criteria across the league’s 18 clubs to provide a standardised view of membership club-by-club and AFL-wide each year.

The primary difference between Port Adelaide’s official club member number, and the AFL audited number, is the allocation of the Adelaide Oval stadium members who have access to all the Port Adelaide games, with Port Adelaide allocated 2,708 (34%) of the 8,000 members.

The Power's season continues this weekend with a sold-out blockbuster semi-final against Hawthorn at Adelaide Oval.

The club's AFLW side will take on Fremantle at Alberton Oval on Saturday, September 14 at 4:05pm.

It’s not too late to join more than 4,000 others as a 2024 AFLW member, with options starting from just $30.
