YARTAPUULTI has reported no fresh injury concerns following Saturday’s win over the Gold Coast.
Forward Julia Teakle continues her progress towards a return from a knee injury which has kept her out of the side for the last two games.
She resumed running last week and is closing in on re-joining training drills, with a view to being available to play as soon as next week.
In more positive news, defender Georgie Jaques has rejoined training drills as she nears a return to playing following an ACL reconstruction last year.
Yartapuulti will on Thursday evening name an extended squad to face the Giants, before trimming it to a final team on Friday afternoon.
Sunday’s game at Alberton gets underway at 4:35pm ACDT with gates open from 3:05pm. More information is available from our AFLW Game Day Hub.
