Port Adelaide vice-captain Zak Butters underwent a successful knee surgery on Thursday, with the midfielder already beginning his rehabilitation.

Esava Ratugolea is making good progress in his return from a knee arthroscopy, and is likely re-join training in the coming days.

Brandon Zerk-Thatcher is recovering well from a back injury, while Todd Marshall is now out of a moonboot following an achilles rupture, and Dante Visentini is nearing the end of his knee rehab. 

Port Adelaide will play its first game of the AFL premiership season on Saturday, March 15 against Collingwood at the MCG.
