Three players have been added to Port Adelaide’s extended squad for its Preliminary Final rematch against Sydney at the SCG. 

Father-son selection Jackson Mead will play his 50th AFL game after a breakout 2024, where he featured in all 26 matches for the Power. 

Small forward Darcy Byrne-Jones has been named on the interchange for Sunday’s clash after serving a one-match ban, while Jeremy Finlayson and Rory Atkins have both been included.  

The three additions have been included on the extended interchange, with the final 23 to be announced on Friday afternoon at 4:30pm ACDT. 

If selected in the final side, Travis Boak will play his 376th game, jumping into equal ninth place with David Mundy for most VFL/AFL games played 

Port Adelaide will take on the Swans on Sunday from 2:50pm Adelaide time, with the match broadcast live on 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
