Out: Jeremy Finlayson, Hugh Jackson, Joe Berry, Logan Evans

BRANDON Zerk-Thatcher will play his first game for 2025 when Port Adelaide travels to Elizabeth to face Central District in the SANFL on Friday.

The defender has not featured at all this season after suffering a pre-season back injury but will return for the Anzac Day clash.

He is among a host of players added to the Magpies side that beat South Adelaide last Friday night.

Defender Ryan Burton has also been included after a stint out with a hip injury, while SANFL-listed players Bailey Chamberlain, Nick Couroupis, Hugh Ferrari, Dustin Launer, Cormack O’Reilly and Kye Roberts have also been named on an extended interchange bench.

After impressive showings in the win over the Panthers, forwards Jeremy Finlayson and Joe Berry, midfielder Hugh Jackson and defender Logan Evans have each been included in the AFL side for Saturday’s game against North Melbourne.

Jackson and Evans have been named as AFL emergencies alongside defender Rory Atkins. If not required at AFL level, they are eligible to play against Central.

The Anzac Day game gets underway at X Convenience Oval at 1:40pm.
