SAM POWELL-PEPPER should play against North Melbourne on Saturday in a significant boost for the Power.
Despite going off the field with a shoulder injury in the second quarter of Sunday afternoon’s win over the Eagles, Port Adelaide head physio Tim McGrath said the Round 1 Rising Star nominee will be available for selection.
“Sammy pulled up well from a minor shoulder contusion this morning and will be available for this week,” McGrath told portadelaidefc.com.au
Karl Amon will continue his week-to-week assessment on his fractured patella.
“Karl continues to progress in his rehab and will be monitored through the week.”
“We’re hopeful he’s not too far away now.”
Port Adelaide plays North Melbourne at Adelaide Oval on Saturday 15 July at 1.40pm ACST.
