DAN HOUSTON led the way for Port Adelaide in the AFL Fantasy competition in his side’s 59-point victory over Essendon on Saturday afternoon.
Houston scored a game-high 123 points – the best score of his career - compiled from 29 disposals, 10 marks, two tackles and two goals, which also earned him best-on-ground honours.
The 22-year-old has been in great form in season 2019, with his hundred against the Bombers being his third triple-figure score of the year. He has scored 75+ on nine occasions so far this year.
Sam Powell-Pepper (106), Darcy Byrne-Jones (104) and Connor Rozee (101) each passed the ton against the Dons at Marvel Stadium in Round 20.
Byrne-Jones has now recorded five 100+ scores and his average of 90 AFL Fantasy points has him ranked fifth for total points scored by a defender this season.
Zach Merrett was the only Essendon player to score more than 100, while former Power player will Snelling was also impressive with 93 against his old side.
Western Bulldog Jack Macrae (151) was again very impressive despite his team’s loss to Brisbane at the Gabba, while Toby Greene (146) and newly appointed Fantasy pig Brodie Grundy (145) also dominated.
