PORT Adelaide key defender Jack Hombsch appears set for a recall for Saturday's clash with St Kilda at Adelaide Oval.
Hombsch has played the past two weeks in the SANFL having been a mainstay of the Power's
Running defender Jasper Pittard will also be in the mix, while star midfielder Chad Wingard arrived at the club in a
Wingard is likely to miss two to three weeks.
"I thought they (Hombsch and Pittard) were both very strong in their performances, and both played good games," Power assistant coach Nathan Bassett said.
"There was more than one reason why Jack went back to the SANFL.
"His consistency had been down for a month, but he's a terrific person and works hard at his game and his last two weeks in the SANFL have been very good."
Hombsch looks likely to return

Power coach Ken Hinkley hasn't been afraid to swing the selection
Only Wingard and first-year key forward Todd Marshall (concussion) are in doubt to play, but it appears the Power's midfield unit is safe from being torn apart.
"Ollie Wines, Brad Ebert, Paddy Ryder, they've had excellent seasons.
"Paddy hasn't got beaten in the ruck too often this season, but he certainly got beaten in the first half on the weekend.
"We'd expect a response from those guys."
