ALBERTON OVAL has new goal posts with AFL-height woodwork going up at Port Adelaide's training base and AFL headquarters this week.

Taking advantage of a week where players were away for Round 8's game in China, the new posts will be used for the first time in Saturday' SANFL game between the Magpies and Eagles.

That's a top-of-the-table clash, by the way.
