A MYSTERY Port Adelaide fan has finally snapped and dipped their hand into their pocket to upgrade a fading old sign on Port Road at Cheltenham.
Unfortunately for non-Port supporters, that sign happens to be the one erected on the corner of Port Road and Cheltenham Parade to commemorate the two Crows premierships of 1997 and 1998.
This Google Street View shows what the old street used to look like.
Clearly after 15 years of the Crows having a presence on the fringe of Port's local heartland - just a stone's throw from the famous Cheltenham Cemetary where the bones of hundreds of the Alberton faithful are interred - a Power fan has decided enough is enough.
This great new look for the corner appeared over the weekend.
