THE Magpies had another successful round of football, winning at two out of three levels.
The senior side ran out convincing 38 point winners over the Double Blues in the lead-up to the Power's clash with the Blues.
The first three quarters saw both sides battling in the windy conditions, with Sturt missing a swathe of shots on goal.
The Magpies, led by hard-working Zane Kirkwood and livewire forward Josh Thurgood, made them pay with a blazing final term, piling on the goals.
The highlight moment came from 19 year old Justin Hoskin, who booted the goal of the day with a torp from outside 50 that sailed through the goals at post height - watch it now above!
