SURGERY on Thursday to repair Jackson Trengove's injured left shoulder was successful.
Trengove posted a photo on his Instagram account on Thursday afternoon giving the 'thumbs up' for his surgery.
Doctors said the surgery went well and Trengove will now rest up before beginning his recovery.

Trengove injured his shoulder in a marking drill at Alberton, but is expected to be back running within 10 days of the surgery.
The key defender is due to play his 100th game in Round 2 against Hawthorn at Adelaide Oval.
