AHEAD of their ANZAC Round blockbuster in Round 5 of the 2018 AFL Premiership
While the sides have met in some significant clashes, notably the Power’s first AFL win in 1997, Round 21 of 2007, and the 2007 Grand Final - we have decided to cast our memories back to the 2004 Qualifying Final played between the sides on Sunday, September 5, 2004.

Roger James (21 disposals), Michael Wilson (20 disposals) and Kane Cornes (20 disposals) were the major ball winners in a strong, all-round team performance which sent a message to the rest of the competition that the Power had banished its finals demons.
