THREE Bombers have been flagged as likely returns for the Power’s clash against Essendon in Melbourne this Saturday.
After spending six weeks sidelined with an adductor problem, forward Paul Chapman is expected to be available.
Essendon club doctor Bruce Reid told essendonfc.com.au ‘Chappy’ is likely to play.
“He had some adductor tendonitis without osteitis pubis, so we’re just trying to settle it down so he can have a real crack at the last six or seven weeks,” he said.

After copping a head knock in his AFL return game against Melbourne in Round 15, young defender Alex Browne is also likely to be available for selection after having a week-long break.
“His symptoms persisted, just vague stuff – minor headache, tiredness until Wednesday so we ruled him out but he’s been really good since about last Thursday,” Dr Reid said.
Meanwhile the Bombers could regain the services of Brownlow medallist Adam Cooney in their midfield if he’s deemed fit after overcoming a hamstring injury.
