PORT ADELAIDE forward Steven Motlop has been fined after being charged with Misconduct over an incident in the club’s win over Gold Coast.

Motlop was charged after kicking out at Suns defender Sam Collins during the fourth quarter of the Power’s 47-point win at Metricon Stadium on Saturday night.

Based on the available evidence, the incident was classified as a $1500 sanction as a first offence of misconduct.

Motlop can accept a $1000 fine with an early guilty plea.
