GEELONG has will be without four-time All-Australian Corey Enright in Friday night’s Semi-Final against the Power, after the defender was ruled out with a knee injury.

Enright is one of a number of injury concerns for the Cats, with Andrew Mackie (ankle), Steven Motlop (neck), Josh Caddy (ankle) and Tom Hawkins (back) all in doubt.

Caddy, who was traded to the Cats from Gold Coast at the end of 2012, was wearing a moon boot at recovery on Sunday and is in some doubt to play on Friday night.

Hawkins didn’t play against the Dockers in the Qualifying Final but Dr Peter Larkins expects him to front this week against Port.

“They know what they’re going to get with him,” Larkins said.

“They can control the pain to a certain extent but they can’t control the stiffness or lack of mobility.

“It’s a question of the role that he plays and I think they missed him. He was too sore to play so I think they made the right decision but the reason I think he’ll play is that he’s benefited from the time off.”

The Cats have a number of players lining up to replace Enright, with Josh Hunt the frontrunner, ahead of George Horlin-Smith, George Burbury, Jackson Thurlow and Taylor Hunt.
