Gray was dazed and was helped from the field after the knock, which he suffered in a tackle in the process of kicking his fourth goal.
High performance manager Darren Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au Gray would be monitored this week.
“He was up and walking around the rooms after the game,” Burgess said.
“He’ll be assessed over the coming days but we’re hopeful he’ll be ok to face Melbourne next week.”
Meanwhile, Jay Schulz was given the all clear after going down briefly in the final quarter.
“Schulzy copped a knock to the shoulder, but got back up and was able to continue playing.
“He’ll be fine to play this week.”
