The pair took marks in almost identical spots at Adelaide Oval in Showdown XXXVII, with Schulz converting his into a goal while Gray hit the post.
Schulz, who has made a habit out of taking big grabs, soared over the back of a pack to take a trademark screamer.
Gray’s was slightly more unconventional, launching himself over his opponent Brent Reilly and hanging for what seemed like an eternity, taking the grab fully outstretched and almost horizontal to the ground.
