The Port Adelaide Football Club advises the renewal deadline for 2014 reserved seat and Essential members has been extended to Wednesday 14 January 2015.
The deadline was previously this Friday 19 December.
The extension of the renewal deadline applies to the following member categories:
- Reserved Seat: Club 1870, Black Diamond, Platinum, Gold A, Gold B, Silver A, Silver B
- Essential: Club 1870, Essential Platinum, Essential Gold
Members who have selected our Easy Pay option (upfront or monthly instalments) will automatically renew with the payments being deduced on 17 December 2014.
All these members need to do is ensure their credit card has sufficient funds on Wednesday 16 December so the club can successfully take payment and renew their membership.
Members who make their own payments each year can renew for the upcoming season prior to 14 January 2015 either:
- Online (recommended) - see step-by-step instructions here
- Mail – return your renewal form in the reply paid envelope with payment
- Phone – call 1300 467 232. Please note that we are working through call back requests in order. If you have registered for a call back we will continue to contact you until we reach you, so you are not required to leave multiple call back requests or
- In Person – at The Port Club counter between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am-3:00pm Saturday.
The delayed launch of membership renewals due to the Adelaide Oval review has caused significant pressures for members attempting to contact the club in a shortened renewal period.
This extension will allow members more time to renew and retain their packages for 2015.
The club recognises the difficulty members have experienced attempting to contact the membership team.
Resources have been increased and operating hours to improve our ability to meet demand, however wait times on the 1300 GO PAFC membership hotline and in responses to email enquiries remain high.
The club's membership team thanks everyone for their patience and understanding as it works through the backlog of renewals and enquiries.

- For members wishing to move their seating location, make changes to their member category or transfer seats to friends or family.
- Also applies to Essential Platinum or Gold members wishing to upgrade to a seasonal reserved seat in the Western Stand for an additional $140 per seat (Level 3) or $220 per seat (Level 2). Limited availability applies.
- For new members, or members without a reserved seat wishing to upgrade. Reserved seats and Essential memberships are now fully subscribed. Any that become available prior to the 2015 season will be offered only to those members who have joined with the General Admission and Wait List package.
