In the mix: Round 23
Find out who's in the mix for the Power and Freo ahead of Saturday's vital clash
Port Adelaide
A 103-point win over the Blues in Round 22 means it’s hard to see too many changes to the Power’s side to take on Freo at Subiaco on Saturday.
Jay Schulz and Justin Westhoff have been declared fit to play in the vital clash.
Aaron Young will need to prove his fitness if he is any chance of forcing his way into the team to travel west.
With Michael Walters and Hayden Ballantyne in red-hot form, Hinkley and the coaching group could look to the SANFL for reinforcements. Jarman Impey did a fine job on Ballantyne in Round 8 when the sides met, keeping the dangerous small forward goal-less to earn a Rising Star nomination.
Tom Logan’s experience could also be called upon in defence as the Power looks for its first win over Freo at Subiaco since Round 10, 2008.

All eyes will be on Matthew Pavlich at training this week. The star forward needs to get through Thursday’s session to prove his fitness for Saturday’s clash for fourth spot.
The six time All-Australian was a late withdrawal against the Lions with a quad injury, but is expected to return to Freo’s line-up.
Gun midfielder Michael Barlow will miss Saturday’s game with a broken thumb.
Anthony Morabito, who has returned from two major injury setbacks, impressed in the WAFL with 25 disposals and will be around the mark for a recall.
Clancee Pearce was also among the best in the WAFL with 33 disposals.
Nat Fyfe is still unavailable for selection with a week remaining of his suspension.
