HAWTHORN could welcome back three Premiership players for Saturday night's blockbuster against the Power at Adelaide Oval.

hawthornfc.com.au reports that Luke Hodge will play, with General Manager of Football Operations Chris Fagan confirming the star had overcome a hamstring injury.

Liam Shiels (shoulder) and Brad Sewell (hamstring) are also a chance to return, with Sewell making a successful comeback in the VFL on the weekend.

Sewell racked up 22 disposals and was named in Box Hill's best, enhancing his claims for a call-up to the Hawks AFL side.

Shiels is expected to be available to play, but the club will need to decide whether he makes his return via the VFL.

The Hawks will be without Josh Gibson (pectoral), Sam Mitchell (hamstring), Cyril Rioli (hamstring) and Brian Lake (calf) due to injury, while key forward Jarryd Roughead is suspended.

Tickets for the blockbuster are currently exhausted, but a 3-game membership for just $100 will give you access - along with access to any other two remaining home games.
