Ticket sales for Essendon clash tracking strongly
Ticket sales for the Round 16 clash against Essendon are tracking just behind the Round 10 game against Hawthorn, with only general admission tickets available
Sales for the game are tracking just behind those which resulted in the Power’s record-breaking crowd attendance before the Port Adelaide v Hawthorn Saturday night clash in Round 10.
General admission tickets are still available and while reserved seats are currently exhausted, it is expected a limited number of reserved seats will be released on the Wednesday before the match.
The last time this happened, tickets were completely sold within four minutes.
It means purchasing a 3-game membership with the Port Adelaide Football Club remains the best and most cost-effective way to see the 5 July game.
The 3-game membership can effectively be used as a ‘night game’ pass to each of the three remaining night clashes featuring the Power at the Adelaide Oval.

Not only does that include the Round 16 game against the Bombers, but also blockbusters on Saturday 9 August against the Swans, and a Friday night against Carlton on 22 August.
“The 3-game membership is undoubtedly the best way to get access to see Port Adelaide play the Bombers, Swans and Blues under lights at the Adelaide Oval,” says Port Adelaide’s GM – Member Services Matthew Richardson.
“Reserved seats are exhausted for the Essendon game, which means the public can only buy general admission tickets through Ticketek currently.
“But the 3-game membership is fantastic value for people wanting to experience the spectacle of night football at our city home, including all the pre-game entertainment.”
Alternatively, public tickets continue to sell quickly via Ticketek.
