A FIT Port Adelaide will return home on Friday after scraping through a tough-on-body encounter with Richmond.

Despite some players showing signs of fatigue in the latter stages of the game, Port Adelaide will enjoy the benefit of having no additions to its injury list this week.

“There were a few sore bodies and tired legs out there – which is what you expect from a hard game like that – we had nothing to worry about from our end,” Port Adelaide’s head of high performance Darren Burgess told portadelaidefc.com.au.

“We took Matty White off as part of his management program but apart from that we were pretty good for the run.

“We should be pretty healthy leading into Round 1.”
