WITH a strong win against Essendon last weekend and a bye in the SANFL, Port Adelaide may look to keep a similar side for Saturday’s clash with Sydney at Adelaide Oval.

Zak Butters suffered a bruised sternum in the Power’s 59-point victory over the Bombers, and, if he is ruled out against the Swans, there are a number of replacement options for Ken Hinkley.

Port co-captain Ollie Wines has missed the past three weeks with a fractured thumb but appears likely to feature at either AFL or SANFL level this weekend.

Willem Drew, Joe Atley and Sam Mayes have all been in strong form for the Magpies, while Steven Motlop kicked four goals from 15 touches in his SANFL return against South Adelaide on July 28.

The final teams will be announced on Thursday evening, ahead of a crucial match against the Swans at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon.
