ROOKIE Tom Jonas has been upgraded to the club's senior list, as a replacement for Robbie Gray who is in the long term injury list.

Jonas debuted against Hawthorn in Round 21 last year and played the final four games of 2011.

The 188cm 21-year-old can play on ball or as a defender, with his versatility sure to give him an advantage at the selection table.

General Manager - Football Operations Peter Rohde said Jonas would be a chance to play over the coming weeks depending on injuries and opponent.

"Tom's been in good form for Norwood for a number of weeks and deserves his promotion," Rohde said.

"He's a versatile player and with the injuries we've got he may get an opportunity in the next couple of weeks."

The Power will announce a squad of 25 at 5.55pm. You can see it first here.
