FIRST-year player Robert Gray has continued his spectacular week with a Goal of the Year nomination.

Gray earned the nod for his brilliant play against Essendon that saw him collect the loose ball, spin and weave away from the Bombers’ Jay Nash, then duck another tackle from Patrick Ryder and emerge from the pack to kick the goal.

You can view Robert’s goal and vote for him at www.afl.com.au/markgoal. Voting is open from the Monday after each round through to the following Sunday night.

At the end of the 22-round Toyota AFL Premiership season, the AFL All-Australian Selection Committee will decide the overall winner from the 22 weekly winners.

The awards will be the presented during 2007 Toyota AFL Grand Final week.
