The club has been asking fans all week who their favourites to lead the Power’s award counts at the end of the years are.

Ebert, who returned to Alberton in 2012 after several years at West Coast, has featured in the best players every week and was the resounding favourite to win the John Cahill Medal for Port Adelaide’s Best and Fairest AFL player.

His statistics have seen him lead the tackle count multiple times for the Power and tally disposals in the mid 20s through the first 12 rounds.

It comes after fans rated the young star as the likely candidate to win the Fos Williams Medal for Best Team Man in 2012 as well.

Hamish Hartlett, Matthew Broadbent and Jay Schulz shared 38 votes between them - highlighting just how much Power supporters have rated Ebert so far this year.
